BLUFFTON, OHIO – Senior defender/midfielder/forward Cody Freels (Auburn, Ind.) and senior midfielder/forward Dian Radev (Burgas, Bulgaria) combined for five goals, guiding Manchester University to a 6-3 win at Bluffton Wednesday, Oct. 17.
Freels posted a hat trick with three goals during five shot attempts. Radev ended the match with two goals and an assist. Coach Dave Good's team, moving to 5-11 overall and 3-3 in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play, needed every bit of the senior duo's offensive output, as Bluffton out-shot the Black and Gold 15-14.
